The township is long, narrow and built across a ridge, which creates a very practical problem for this particular job. Urethane wants the glass sitting evenly while it cures, and a great many North Bergen streets are on a real grade. A car nosed downhill on a hillside block is not a surface we would bond a windshield to, and saying so is more useful than pretending otherwise.
